1. When you first enter into the Non-Owner Inductions option, a Select An Option window will appear:
Select Exit to exit the option or select the appropriate non-owner lot and press Enter to confirm. Proceed to Step 3.
Note: If there are no non-owner lots with the entered non-owner lot number, the message line displays "Non-owner lot number not found !!! Space Bar to Continue." Only open and pending non-owner lots can be accessed through this option.

A Non-Owned Inductions screen will appear and will display all the non-owner lots in the system for the selected customer.
- Lot – The lot numbers assigned to the non-owner inventory for the selected customer
- Lotted Item – The item name for the non-owner inventory
- Opened – The date the lot was opened/received
- Loc – The location where the non-owner inventory is stored
- Lot Balance – The current on-hand inventory balance
- Status – The status of the lot.
- O – Open
- P – Pending
- COOL – The COOL identity ID.
Command options will appear:
- If you select "Select Lot(F)", the system will allow you to select one of the lots in which the customer has non-owner inventory stored. Use the arrow keys to highlight the appropriate lot and press Enter to select.
- If you select Exit, the system will allow you to return to the Select An Option window.

- A Select A Non-Owner Lot window will appear and display the following choices:
- Select Exit to return to the Select An Option window.
- Select a non-owner lot from a listing of all lots in all locations and customers of the specified item. Highlight the appropriate lot and press Enter to confirm your selection. Proceed to the next step.
2. A Select An Induction window appears and displays with the following choices EXIT, ADD NON-OWNER INDUCTION, and a listing of all inductions into this non-owned lot.
Note: If the non-owned lot selected has a zero balance, the system automatically selects the Add Non-Owner Induction option, which bypasses the Select An Induction window.
3. After selecting one of the listed lots, the associated information for that induction is displayed. See Adding a Non-Owned Induction for more information. Command options will appear:
